On October 14, 2025, at the invitation of Mr. Mihran Shahzadeyan, Chairman of the Board of the Armenian Association of Political Scientists, Andrzej Klimczyk took part in a round table discussion entitled

“Political and Legal Consequences of the Washington Declaration: The Role and Prospects of Kazakhstan’s Dialogue Platform.”

During the event, participants discussed the key provisions of the Declaration signed at the White House in August 2025, as well as its potential political and legal implications for the countries of the region.

The main objectives of the round table included:

1️⃣ Discussing the main issues of the Washington Declaration.

2️⃣ Conducting an expert analysis of the signed documents, identifying “hidden” challenges within the Declaration, their political and legal consequences, and possible solutions.

3️⃣ Preparing recommendations for all interested parties — governments, expert communities, and international organizations.

4️⃣ Discussing the prospects of Kazakhstan’s Dialogue Platform as a tool for mediation and constructive discussion of regional issues.
